Property Managers - Cambridge and Great Shelford
Property Managers required for our busy Cambridge and Great Shelford lettings offices. You would have your own portfolio of properties to oversee and would be the point of contact for landlords and tenants alike. This varied role covers all aspects of lettings, including property visits, general administration, diary management, organising maintenance work, negotiating deposit allocation and dealing with clients, customers and contractors. You should be articulate, self motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in property and a willingness to learn. Direct experience within lettings would be advantageous but not a necessity as full training will be given. Driving licence essential.
