Sales Staff

We are looking for sales staff of all levels - from rookie to highly experienced professional.  The successful candidates must be team players, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a genuine interest in property.

Experience in agency would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided if necessary. Attractive package dependent upon experience.  We also offer a vibrant office environment and some of the best terms in agency.

Property Manager - Cambridge (Maternity Cover) 

Property Manager required to provide maternity cover in our busy Cambridge lettings office until at least September 2015. You would have your own portfolio of properties to oversee and would be the point of contact for landlords and tenants alike. This varied role covers all aspects of management, including property visits, general administration, diary management, organising maintenance work and dealing with clients, customers and contractors. You should be articulate, self motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in property and a willingness to learn. Direct experience within lettings would be advantageous.

Receptionist - Cambridge 

 

Receptionist required for our busy Cambridge lettings office. You would be the first point of contact for clients and customers, both face to face and by telephone and email. The role also includes some administrative duties and diary management. You should be self motivated, articulate and have a confident, can-do attitude. Previous experience is advantageous although not a necessity.

Property Manager required for our vibrant, City Centre office in Ely. Working as part of a team, you would be overseeing a large portfolio of properties and would be the point of contact for landlords and tenants alike. This varied role covers all aspects of Property Management including property visits, diary management, general administration, organising maintenance and repair work and dealing with clients, customers and contractors. You should be articulate, self motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in property. Previous experience within lettings would be advantageous.
