Sales Administrator – Saffron Walden


Do you have a creative side and an interest in property?  If so, then this could be just the role for you. 

 We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to  cope with a variety of tasks.  You will be highly motivated with good organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative.  The position is customer facing and, as an integral part of the sales team, some experience in a customer contact role would be advantageous.

 A high level of computer literacy is also required and experience of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be given.

 This is a unique role within estate agency and will provide a good foundation for a career within the property industry.

 Our latest expansion has led us to Saffron Walden, so this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch of a new office with an experienced team.

 Experienced Sales Negotiator

We are looking for an experienced Negotiator/Sales representative to join our busy and expanding Land and New Homes Division, based in our Cambridge sales office.  You must be self-motivated, a team player and able to prioritise/manage your own workload.  New Homes experience or a good understanding would be advantageous but not essential.

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career in Estate agency.

 Attractive package dependent upon experience.  Driving licence is essential.

 Property Manager - Great Shelford

We are looking for an enthusiatic team player to join our vibrant Great Shelford team as a Property Manager. The main purpose of the role is to oversee a portfolio of residential properties and contribute to the department in achieving it's objectives and targets. 


This varied role covers all aspects of Property Management, including property visits, organising maintenance work, general administration, liasing with tenants, landlords and contractors, booking inventories and check outs and managing deposit realeases. You should be articulate, self motivated and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in property and a willingness to learn. The ability to confidently resolve issues effectively within a timely manner is a must, as are good time management skills and a proven track record of exceptional customer service.
