Lettings Negotiator - Great Shelford
Experienced Negotiator required for our vibrant Great Shelford office. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you would be primarily responsible for qualifying applicants, maintaining and managing an applicant register, conducting viewings and negotiating lets, including dealing with all the associated paperwork. You would also be expected to assist in the development of the lettings branch by actively canvassing and raising the company profile. You would also be involved in all aspects of Lettings and Property Management and you would be expected to meet and greet customers and clients, liaise with contractors, respond to telephone and email enquiries and assist with general office administration. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated person, with excellent communication skills and the potential to help drive the business forward. Driving licence is essential.
