Property Manager - Cambridge (Maternity Cover) 

Property Manager required to provide maternity cover in our busy Cambridge lettings office until at least September 2015. You would have your own portfolio of properties to oversee and would be the point of contact for landlords and tenants alike. This varied role covers all aspects of management, including property visits, general administration, diary management, organising maintenance work and dealing with clients, customers and contractors. You should be articulate, self motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in property and a willingness to learn. Direct experience within lettings would be advantageous and a driving licence is essential.  

 

 

Property Manager - Cambridge (Permanent)

  

Property Manager required for our busy Cambridge lettings office. You would have your own portfolio of properties to oversee and would be the point of contact for landlords and tenants alike. This varied role covers all aspects of property management, including property visits, general administration, diary management, organising maintenance work and dealing with clients, customers and contractors. You should be articulate, self motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in property and a willingness to learn. Direct experience within lettings would be advantageous but not a necessity as full training will be given. Driving licence essential. 

 

Trainee Negotiator - Ely

 

Trainee Negotiator required for our vibrant City Centre office in Ely. Reporting to the Branch manager, you would eventually be primarily responsible for qualifying applicants, maintaining and managing an applicant register, conducting viewings and negotiating lets, including dealing with all the associated paperwork. You would also be expected to assist in the development of the lettings branch by actively canvassing and raising the company profile. The training would cover all aspects of Lettings and Property Management and you would be expected to meet and greet customers and clients, liase with contractors, respond to telephone and email enquiries and assist with general office administration. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated person, with excellent communication skills and the potential to help drive the business forward. Driving licence is essential.
